Consistently excellent homestyle, country cooking. Friendly staff.

Food served cold and wasn't seasoned well. Wait staff poor didn't check on us. Failed to thanks us upon our leaving. Played Country music all the time. May come back to try the pork ribs that weren't available when we came. We did leave a tip but not sure who got it.

I love Juniors when I need good, homemade comfort food! I check their menu daily. Best catfish, fried chicken, chicken & dressing, excellent seasonal vegetables and cornbread to die for.

First time visiting this restaurant. The food was true home style southern cooking. A nice variety of entrees and veggies. Service was excellent.

Good food but crowded @ lunch

Tried Junior's for the first time over Christmas break on a Wednesday. Had already been told by my folks how good it was, so we went for lunch and had the ribs. Gotta say the dry rub ribs were better than any local DeSoto/Memphis BBQ place I've had. Sides were great and the atmosphere was friendly. I was even nice enough to take a plate home to my wife who was working that day. Wishing I could go every week and try some of the other features.

Friendly staff and seriously good southern cuisine. Some of the best grilled catfish I have ever eaten in my life and the veggies are always outstanding. A hidden gem in Hernando

Every day offers a new meal and new choices. The food here is always fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend the fish and the squash. Their customer service is top notch. If you get there around 1130 you can usually beat the crowds. Everyone should make this a regular spot in hernando!

Salmon patties were good just not hot enough. Banana pudding made up for it.

In a converted house just off the square in Hernando you'll find some great home-style cooking, and I'll call them *Legendary* BBQ pork ribs.The food is cafeteria style, so you choose what looks good when you're hungry. A meat dish and a couple servings of down home type veggies and you're in for a memorable treat.Yes, the four ribs on my plate could be classed with the best: hand rubbed I figure, smoked just right, and laying there saying "Come get me!"My wife grew up in Southern cooking. She judged the greens to be dinner if the best she's had.Junior's is just off the town square and courthouse. Worth the drive down I-55 from Memphis!
